Ben Guard Health garments are medical devices dispensed to specific patients. Because of that clinical context, we do not offer open returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference after use, or unused inventory buy-backs.
We only accept returns due to a quality issue. When a verified quality issue is confirmed, Ben Guard Health will provide a replacement.
